The company was founded in 2014 by filmmakers Ulrich Esser and Maximilian Kaiser following an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign and today employs 24 staff. Services include a helpdesk, a repair service with a 10-year warranty on spare parts and repairs, and shipping.
