The Company
TEPRO Kunststoff-Recycling GmbH & Co. KG, with sites in Bad Bodenteich and Berlin, develops and manufactures the plastic construction material TRIMAX: a single-source, glass-fibre-reinforced composite plastic made from recycled plastic, which is processed into planks, beams and round profiles. The profiles can be manufactured in unlimited lengths (subject to transport) and are supplied in standard lengths of 4, 5 and 6 metres; the maximum beam cross-section is 20 × 20 cm, and round profiles up to Ø 25 cm are available. TRIMAX is the only recycled plastic with building-authority approval (DIBt Z-10.9-357) that can be used for structural calculations, and it is used above all in hydraulic engineering, steel hydraulic engineering, coastal protection, bridge construction as well as gardening and landscaping, for example as boardwalk, bridge, terrace and balcony decking, for bank reinforcements, sheet piling, drive piles or stair treads. The material is water-repellent, rot-proof and resistant to insects, fungi and shipworms; TEPRO guarantees take-back and recycling. Machining is carried out by sawing, drilling, milling, countersinking, grinding and tenoning, with fastening using stainless-steel screws; reference projects with TRIMAX profiles are in use worldwide.

Materials and Processing
TRIMAX glass-fibre-reinforced composite plastic from single-source
Rot-proof, water-repellent construction material (density 0.7–0.9 g/cm³) for hydraulic engineering, coastal protection and outdoor construction; 100 % recyclable with take-back guarantee.
Aluminium (aluminium strips)
Strips applied to the sides to dissipate electrostatic charging on TRIMAX planks.
Stainless steel (VA, V2A)
Recommended material for screws and fasteners for TRIMAX profiles, also for metal strips for dissipation.

Certificates and Inspections
TRIMAX has building-authority approval (DIBt approval Z-10.9-357, year of issue 2025) and can therefore be reliably calculated for structural purposes. Material properties such as flexural breaking stress (> 20 N/mm², DIN EN ISO 178), fire behaviour (B2 according to DIN 4102), friction values (BAM, no. 2.2/23 897) and harmlessness from a groundwater-hygiene perspective (Hygiene Institute of the Ruhr Area) are demonstrated by independent testing.
