TGA-Planungsgesellschaft Steden mbH is a planning and expert consulting office for building services engineering (TGA) based in Dortmund. The company carries out the planning of building services equipment across all HOAI service phases, from the determination of fundamentals to object support. Its services include, alongside TGA planning, the recording of the object status with CAD documentation, object support with inspection, maintenance and repair, the development of energy concepts as well as hygienic planning of drinking water installations and risk analyses in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance. Owner Werner G. Steden has been a publicly appointed and sworn expert for the plumbing and heating trade since 1999. The eight-member team of engineers, an architect, system planners and master craftsmen serves clients such as municipalities, investors, architects, housing companies as well as charitable and church institutions, including the Rhenus Group and the Dortmunder Aktien-Brauerei.

Qualification and Certification

The qualification is evidenced by the public appointment and swearing-in of the owner (Chamber of Crafts Dortmund) as well as certifications according to VDI/DVGW 6023 Category A and §16 para. 7 TrinkwV 2001. In addition, there are accreditations as building energy consultant (dena) and on-site consultant (BAFA).
