About the Fair
The Battery Show Europe is a trade fair and conference for advanced battery and H/EV technology, organized by Informa Markets. The event brings together the entire electrification supply chain: OEMs, cell manufacturers, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, materials manufacturers, and providers of manufacturing and testing technology. The program includes a technical conference with over 150 speakers and 63 hours of expert program content, an Open Tech Forum, the Battery Tech Theatre, an Investor Forum with start-up sessions, as well as networking events. Co-located, the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo Europe and the Energy Storage Summit take place. The 2026 edition recorded 17,347 visitors, over 1,100 exhibitors, and attendees from more than 72 countries; visitor groups such as BYD, Mercedes-Benz, BMW Group, Volkswagen, Bosch, Siemens, CATL, LG Chem, Samsung SDI, BASF, Umicore, Panasonic, 3M, and DuPont were represented. The next edition takes place from June 22 to 24, 2027, at Messe Stuttgart.
