About The Compound Company
The Compound Company is a mid-sized company founded in the Netherlands in the 1980s, specialized in the compounding of thermoplastics and the production of grafted polymers. The product portfolio includes impact modifiers, coupling agents, compatibilizers, adhesion promoters, tie layers and extrudable adhesive resins (Yparex) as well as thermoplastic performance compounds (EcoForte), masterbatches, glass-fiber-reinforced, flame-retardant, mineral-filled, recycled (upcycled) and biodegradable compounds. In addition, solar encapsulant films and heat-activated adhesive films are manufactured. Production takes place in three own plants using processes such as extrusion and polymer grafting. Customers from a wide range of industries are supplied in 93 countries, with technical support and delivery from stock offered. Since 2025/2026, the company is 100% owned by Industrie Polieco – M.P.B.
