About The Industrial Reality Index
The Industrial Reality Index is an continuously maintained benchmark project that compares the reality of companies across industries and over time. It examines recurring organizational patterns that often remain undetected in conventional reporting and explain why organizations achieve different outcomes under similar external conditions. Target audiences are executive boards, supervisory boards, private capital investors, lenders, insurers, and principals in M&A and control matters. The first complete edition for the year 2027, announced for Q1 2027, comprises observations, organizational classifications, industry comparisons and international benchmarks, including German-American patterns. In addition, Executive Previews on topics such as competitiveness, private capital, governance, CEO transitions, capital risk and AI are published. The Index is published by Florian Brach under CEO 2028 OS, an enterprise control system. A separate metrics product, the Industrial Reality Score, is being introduced with the 2027 edition. The publisher is not a manufacturing or supplier company and does not offer industrial production.
