About The Signage Factory
The Signage Factory (TSF) is a Thai manufacturer founded in 2001 by founder Harry, producing custom signage, three-dimensional letters and complete sign systems with Western management on site. The product range includes fabricated letters made of aluminium, acrylic, brass, copper, bronze and titanium, blade signs, plaques, monument and pylon signs, wayfinding systems, light boxes, sculptures as well as plug-and-play sign systems. Manufacturing covers eight technologies from Premium Fabricated to Solid Acrylic and 3D printing to Neon Flex and Crystal Neon, supported by fiber and CO2 laser cutting, CNC milling, bending and folding, laser welding, LED assembly, painting, powder coating, UV printing and ADA/Braille lettering. An in-house R&D department and SolidWorks design enable custom engineering solutions. Reference customers include Mercedes-Benz, Rolls-Royce, Swarovski, Pandora, Galeries Lafayette, Dutch embassies, the Dutch National Theatre and US banks. Production takes place at two plants in the Bangplee industrial park near Bangkok Airport (2,500 m² and 6,000 m²).

Standard material for fabricated and flat-cut letters as well as standard signs.
Acrylic (PMMA)
Used for Acrylic Fabricated, Solid Acrylic Letters, Crystal Neon and illuminated elements.
Brass
For high-quality letters and plaques; can be polished, regular maintenance recommended.
Copper
For premium letters and plaques, suitable for soldering work.
Bronze
For high-quality lettering and sculptures with annual polishing maintenance.
Titanium
For premium applications; direct contact with plaster must be avoided due to embrittlement.
Plastic (Neon Flex, 3D printing)
