thermoplasttechnik GmbH is a specialised company for the processing of thermoplastic plastics such as PPs, PP-EL-s, PP, PVC and PE-HD. The product range includes ventilation ducts, pipes and pipe fittings, silencers, dampers and volume flow limiters, rain and droplet separators, roof cowls, roof penetrations and roof kerbs as well as individual custom parts such as exhaust air stacks, filter housings, extraction hoods, containers and trays. The components are welded, glued or joined via flanges and are used mainly for the transport of aggressive, gaseous media in exhaust air systems. Design and construction are carried out according to system pressure and temperature load. Customers include universities, laboratories, electroplating plants, the chemical industry, shipbuilding, swimming pools, schools, office and retail buildings, power plants, waste incineration plants and research institutions. The company's headquarters with production is located in Niederkassel near Bonn.

Electrically conductive polypropylene for applications requiring explosion protection or protection against static charging.
PP
Universally applicable thermoplastic for ducts, fittings, separators and dampers.
PVC
For pipes and droplet separators; pipe joints can also be made by gluing.
PE-HD
Recommended material for rooftop components such as roof cowls, roof kerbs and rain separators.
