About THERMOPROZESS
THERMOPROZESS Wärmebehandlung GmbH, headquartered in Mülheim an der Ruhr, is part of a corporate group specialised in heat treatment that was founded in 1977 as THERMOPROZESS Gesellschaft für angewandte Thermodynamik mbH. The group offers thermal treatments using five methods: resistance heating, induction, hot air as well as stationary and temporary furnaces. Further service areas are annealing equipment (resistance and induction), electric trace heating systems with mineral-insulated, self-regulating and plastic-insulated heating cables, as well as special heating systems, dry-out of plants and finite element analysis (FEA). The treatment spectrum ranges from a 1" circumferential weld to components weighing several hundred tonnes. In addition to services, the group manufactures a complete range of annealing furnaces and accessories. Trained staff are deployed at eight locations worldwide, including Germany, France, the Czech Republic and Egypt.
