About Thingineer

Thingineer is the one-man business of Michael Klauser, operated through Blue Yeti GmbH based in Oberentfelden in the Swiss canton of Aargau. The offering includes problem-solving for production, product development as well as 3D printing and prototype building: parts and products are designed and manufactured from sketch through CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM (Autodesk Fusion 360) to the finished model. The 120 m² studio with workshop and photo studio features a printer farm for FDM and SLA printing, a self-built 1 m³ 3D printer (SUMO), a CO² laser (40 W) for cutting and engraving work, conventional milling and turning machines, a CNC machine for woodworking, as well as a glass bead blasting cabinet and a trowalizing machine. Manufacturing is mainly in plastic and wood; when in-house production is not sufficient, Thingineer draws on a local network of companies. Customers include those from production, plastics injection molding, the medical sector, high-voltage engineering and jig and fixture building.
