About us

Thoben Antriebs- und Filtertechnik GmbH was founded in 1986 by Rolf Thoben in Weyhe near Bremen and operates as a specialist wholesale distributor and technical problem solver for spare parts. The product range includes filters (air, oil, fuel, hydraulic, industrial filtration), clutches including the company's own Thoflex clutch plate, starters and alternators with more than 3,000 units, undercarriage parts, turbochargers, batteries, diesel particulate filters and exhaust aftertreatment systems as well as fluid management and lubrication technology. Starters and alternators are overhauled in the company's own service department, fully restored to new-part condition, electronically and mechanically tested and released after a 100% final inspection. For diesel particulate filters, the company offers exhaust temperature measurement via data logger, exhaust gas measurements, a DPF rental service with interchangeable filter systems and a nationwide installation and service network throughout Germany. Sales are handled via field sales, authorized specialist dealers and the company's own online shop, including overnight express shipping; deliveries are made to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland. The second location has been the Perleberg branch since 1990.
