THOKIE Wohnkabinen, a brand of Holz & Form Kiene und Endress GmbH & Co. KG, manufactures campers for pickup trucks in Schwäbisch Hall. The campers are made from 30 mm GRP sandwich material with a smooth matte surface. Frame constructions made of aluminium or wood in the walls are dispensed with; as a result, the campers are fully insulated and all screw connections are thermally decoupled. The seamless roof skin follows the entire contour of the camper, including the rounded corner between the alcove floor and the front wall. Two floor lengths are offered: 2150 mm for pickups with double cab and 2450 mm for vehicles with a 1½ cab. The equipment includes, among other things, a longitudinal bed, seating group, kitchen with refrigerator, and a bathroom with shower and cassette toilet.
