Haslbeck Wasserbecken (Thomas Haslbeck Wasserbecken) is a manufacturer of water basins, pond basins and ready-made ponds made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) based in Markgröningen near Stuttgart. The company has been producing in-house for over 25 years and offers both series production and custom-made special designs in various sizes, shapes, volumes and colours. The portfolio includes water basins from 30 to 5,400 litres, pools and swimming pools, pond basins, planters and raised beds, GRP sheets (3 mm and 4 mm), GRP spheres as sandpits or lounge seats as well as soapbox car bodies. The basins feature a high-gloss surface, are ice-pressure resistant thanks to a glass fibre content of 40 %, and are resistant to chlorine, active hydrogen and UV. The products are delivered as complete sets with pre-installed basin technology (including overflow, overflow standpipe, counter-current system) including installation of all supplied attachments. In addition to private customers and garden and landscape contractors, the company also supplies industrial customers, for example with pre-soaking tanks for filter elements. History
Thomas Haslbeck began the first series productions of GRP products (soapboxes) in the garage while still a schoolboy.
After the official founding of Haslbeck-Kunststoffe, the business developed successfully; today the focus is on high-quality water basins in all sizes, shapes, volumes and colours.
