About us
Thomas Stolz Holzbearbeitung from Ratingen is a carpentry and master-craftsman business that carries out bespoke work using the materials wood, plastics, glass and aluminium. Its range of services includes custom furniture manufacturing, kitchens, bathroom furniture, built-in wardrobes for any use, restaurant fittings and reception counters as well as sandwich panel elements. In addition, the company manufactures wood and plastic windows, including those with increased requirements for heritage protection, security or sound insulation, as well as entrance doors made of wood, plastic or aluminium. Customers include, among others, hotels and gastronomy, law firms, senior living facilities and heritage conservation. The approximately 500 sqm workshop, newly built in 2006 in Ratingen-Tiefenbroich, is equipped with a wood-chip heating system and, since 2018, a photovoltaic system that generates a significant share of the electricity demand itself. The team currently consists of 7 employees under the direction of master carpenter Thomas Stolz.
