As the German subsidiary of the transitube® group, tim plast Anlagenbau GmbH specialises in the mechanical conveying and dosing of bulk materials. The product range includes transitube® spiral conveyors in standard, plug-in and multi-point versions, discharge devices for poorly flowing or bridging materials, conical feed hoppers, big-bag discharge stations as well as micro-dosers, rotary valve feeders and gravimetric batch dosing systems. The materials conveyed and dosed include granulates, powders, master batch, virgin material, recycled material and additives. A core business is the filling of machine hoppers on injection moulding machines, extruders, blow moulding machines and thermoset presses in the plastics processing industry; further areas of application are the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In addition to individual components of the tim Equipements series, the company realises complete turnkey conveying and dosing systems in cooperation with selected suppliers, including process analysis and design.
