About Tinkarosi Fair Food
Tinkarosi Trade GmbH is a food company founded in 2023 and based in Bonn that imports and markets roasted and refined cashew snacks in Germany and Europe. The snacks are produced by the partner company K'Chibo in Alépé, Côte d'Ivoire – entirely on site, from cultivation through roasting and caramelization to refinement and packaging. The product range includes natural, sweetened cashew nuts coated with cocoa, cocoa-ginger, salt or chili in 150 g packs as well as cashew pieces; in addition, K'Chibo produces peanut butter. All ingredients come from Côte d'Ivoire; only the recyclable packaging is currently produced in Germany. The goal of the project is to keep the entire value creation in the country of production and to build local expertise in safe food processing according to international standards. The founding goes back to the 2019 meeting of Reine (K'Chibo, Côte d'Ivoire) and Kathrin Seelige (Germany).
