TIP-TOP Dienstleistungen GmbH, based in Zwickau, is part of the tiptop GROUP, an umbrella brand for specialised building services with more than 4,000 employees. Founded in 1990 out of the former PGH Gebäudereinigung, the company provides services ranging from routine, basic, glass and facade cleaning to cleanroom, construction and solar installation cleaning, as well as industrial cleaning of machines, control cabinets and systems. For large areas, self-propelled cleaning robots and cobots have been in use since 2021; high-level cleaning is carried out by certified industrial climbers using rope access techniques. The group serves, among others, the automotive industry, chemicals, battery and semiconductor manufacturing, retail, schools, administration and healthcare, and is represented at more than 25 locations in central Germany as well as in Slovakia.
