About Tischlerei Hauschildt
Tischlerei Hauschildt is a family business from Jork in the Altes Land region that has been practising carpentry since 1994. On more than 1000 m² of workshop space, the eight-person team designs, plans and manufactures individual tables, beds, kitchens and other furniture as well as items for the home. The focus is on working with solid wood, complemented by all common wood-based materials such as plywood, blockboard, MDF and chipboard, as well as mineral materials (including Corian, LG HI-MACS), acrylic glass, leather and linoleum. The portfolio of services includes the Altes Land natural wood tables, the Natural Beds Manufactory, the furniture forge, the kitchen manufactory and an upcycling workshop for repair and refurbishment. Production is carried out as bespoke one-off work from prototype to unique piece, with a focus on regional origin and sustainability of the woods used. Customers come predominantly from the private/residential sector.
