TISMA Maschinenbau e.K. is a company founded in 2013 in Heidenau near Dresden, which emerged from concrete tasks posed by industrial customers. The company develops and manufactures custom special-purpose machines, test rigs, fixtures and automation solutions including robotic systems – from design through manufacturing to assembly and commissioning. In addition, TISMA offers CNC contract manufacturing to drawing (CNC milling and CNC turning) for single parts, small batches and series, as well as toolmaking and assembly manufacturing. A third business area is casting resin technology: proprietary high-performance epoxy resin product lines with documentable thermal, mechanical and electrical properties, as well as individual resin systems and cast functional parts. Complementary services include flame cutting, blasting, painting and polishing. Customers come from the automotive, rail vehicle engineering, electrical and drive engineering, machinery and plant engineering, food technology and medical technology sectors. Manufacturing takes place in ISO 9001:2015 certified processes at the Heidenau site.
