Strapping as a complete system from in-house production
TITAN Umreifungstechnik develops, manufactures and distributes strapping solutions for industrial applications as a complete system: fully automatic strapping systems, strapping heads, cordless handheld tools as well as steel, PET and PP strapping, seals and accessories, all from its own production. At the headquarters in Schwelm, mechanical manufacturing takes place in modern machining centers, along with special machine building, control system building and assembly of the strapping heads on in-house assembly lines with separate test benches. In Iserlohn, the company produces packaging steel strap with heat treatment, slitting, arrounding, electrophoretic coating and wax coating; PET and PP strapping are extruded, with PET strapping consisting of 99 % recycled PET since 2007. Customers come from the wood, building materials, fiber, automotive and steel industries as well as logistics and the beverage industry. The company is part of the Lenzen Group, supplies worldwide, and offers TITAN CARE service, maintenance, general overhaul, retrofit, spare parts, the digital service platform TITAN CONNECT and the TITAN Akademie. Since 2025, the power demand of the German production sites has been covered entirely by certified green electricity.

Quality and certificates
TITAN tests throughout the entire production process: incoming goods with spectral analysis, intermediate and final inspections with 3D coordinate measuring machines and camera-based measuring systems, tensile tests, salt spray tests, inline measuring systems in strap production, as well as electrical safety and functional tests after assembly. The test equipment is regularly monitored and calibrated by certified external laboratories.
