TKG Turbinenkomponenten Görlitz GmbH is a specialized manufacturing service provider for highly precise individual parts and assemblies, in particular for steam turbines, gas turbines, blowers, compressors and pumps as well as mechanical and plant engineering. The company machines demanding components with high requirements for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and manufacturing depth: components up to Ø 2800 mm and up to 10 t unit weight, from single parts and prototypes to small series. The services include CNC turning (horizontal and vertical), CNC milling including 5-axis machining and boring mill machining, wire EDM as well as assembly of ready-to-install assemblies. In addition, the creation of complete manufacturing technologies including inspection planning and documentation, material and bill of materials procurement as well as logistics, also intercontinental, are offered. Customers include Siemens Energy and MAN. TKG is part of the KST Group and manufactures at the Görlitz OT Hagenwerder site in Saxony with around 35 employees.
