TL Werkzeuge GmbH in Königsee (Thuringia) specializes in the resharpening and reconditioning of standard and special tools from industry and trade. The portfolio includes gear cutters, taper cutters and special milling cutters up to 250 mm in diameter, saw blades for wood and metalworking up to 1400 mm in diameter, as well as planer, mortising and cutting knives up to 2 m in length. In addition, the company manufactures special drills, special step drills, form drills, special milling cutters and countersinks from HSS and solid carbide according to customer drawings – from design through manufacturing to cutting edge preparation, coating (TiN, TiAlN), measurement including inspection report and marking. Proven all-purpose coatings are applied on the in-house coating system. Services include a pick-up and return service as well as technical consultation on site. Since 01.01.2018, TL Werkzeuge has been part of the globally operating Werkö GmbH; the company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
