TOI TOI & DIXI Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in Gerstungen, has specialised since 1997 in the manufacture of complex technical hollow parts using the rotational moulding process (Rotational Moulding). With a machine fleet of five rotational moulding machines, the company produces in three-shift operation a diverse portfolio of rotomoulded plastic parts made from polyethylene, polypropylene and other materials – from small to large series. In addition to manufacturing its own mobile toilet cabins for the TOI TOI & DIXI Group, the company has offered contract manufacturing of rotomoulded parts (Customer Moulding) as well as consulting and development services for customer parts since 2002. The products are used, among other things, in sanitary engineering, the automotive industry and medical technology.
