About Tokai COBEX
Tokai COBEX is a globally active manufacturer of carbon and graphite products headquartered in Wiesbaden. The product portfolio includes cathode blocks for aluminium electrolysis, linings for blast furnaces used in hot metal production, carbon electrodes and Söderberg paste for metallurgical melting processes such as the production of silicon metal. In addition, the company produces speciality graphite materials for a wide range of applications, particularly in the chemical industry, as well as Battery Anode Material (RuC®) as a key component for lithium-ion batteries. The group operates four production sites: two in Poland (Racibórz and Nowy Sącz) and two in France (Vénissieux and Notre Dame de Briançon); a sales office is located in Beijing. Products such as carbon electrodes are manufactured to customer requirements. Offering English, Polish and French, Tokai COBEX serves international customers in the aluminium, steel, chemical and battery industries.
