About TOPIC
TOPIC GmbH is an Austrian door manufactory founded in 1976, headquartered in Sarleinsbach (Upper Austria) and specialised in the custom-made production of entrance doors, apartment entrance doors, commercial doors and corridor doors. All doors are based on a door leaf core made of the renewable raw material wood; almost all components are manufactured in-house – in the company's own wood processing, glazing, painting as well as metalwork and smithy. In addition to wood species such as oak, larch, mahogany and 100 to 500-year-old reclaimed wood, ceramic, Himalaya stone, exposed concrete, glass, stainless steel, aluminium, steel as well as HPL and GRP surfaces are also used. Production combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology: as early as 1989, TOPIC was a pioneer in Austria with CNC machining centres, and in 2011 a 5-axis milling centre and a VSG line were invested in. Customers include architects, residential developers, commercial construction and renovation; the company exports from Austria to the world and is part of the IFN Group (Internorm), but has remained an independent brand.
