Topschaum, a brand of Nanoform Airbag Sports GmbH, manufactures made-to-measure foam products in Spenge (North Rhine-Westphalia). The product range includes foam cuts in special shapes, sheet goods, mattresses made to special dimensions, toppers, seat and garden cushions, lounge, caravan and yacht upholstery as well as covers from the in-house tailoring shop. Materials processed are PUR foam in four hardness grades (PUR 28/30 to PUR 40/70) and HR cold foam in four hardness grades (HR 40/25 to HR 45/50, density 40–45). Cuts are made to the millimeter according to customer dimensions or sketches, also as PDF or photo upload; an online configurator (foam calculator) supports data entry. The foams are tested for harmful substances according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and products can also be LGA-tested for harmful substances.
