TORLOPP Industrie- und Messtechnik GmbH is a contract manufacturer based in Dägeling (Schleswig-Holstein), specialising in CNC turned parts, CNC milled parts, automatic lathe turned parts as well as screws and fasteners made from special materials. Production is carried out using CNC and cam-controlled technology as well as on conventional machine tools – supplemented by grinding, honing, hardening, painting, surface treatments and assembly, partly in cooperation with specialised partner companies. The product range includes precision turned parts, precision milled parts, special screws, standard parts, thread gauges and special gauges made from materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, Kuprodur, tantalum, copper, brass, aluminium, stainless steel and engineering plastics. In addition to custom manufacturing, the company maintains an extensive warehouse of finished parts and raw materials for immediate delivery and offers framework agreements. Projects are accompanied from prototype to series production, including consultation on material selection. Customers include industry and metrology, in particular pressure vessel construction, with deliveries to Europe, the USA and the Far East.
