About TOWA Europe
TOWA Europe is the European sales and service organization founded in 2004 by its Japanese parent company TOWA Corporation, which has been driving developments in semiconductor manufacturing technology since 1979. The company supplies transfer and compression molding systems for semiconductor packaging and LED manufacturing, supports customers in package development from the design phase through to series production, and provides after-sales service as well as spare parts sales. In addition, TOWA Europe introduces three ultraprecise technologies of the parent company to Europe: CBN end mills (milling tools made of cubic boron nitride), micro-fabrication, and Bancera coating. Target industries include the semiconductor, LED, flat panel display backlight, and automotive lighting sectors. Through collaboration with European development centers and institutes, TOWA Europe accompanies customers from joint development of new products through to mass production.
