About TPS Solutions
TPS Solutions GmbH develops customized solutions for thermal spray systems and coating equipment in close collaboration with customers. The portfolio comprises atmospheric plasma spray systems (PSS1000 APS), vacuum plasma spray systems (VSS1000) as well as HVOF systems in gas-fuel and liquid-fuel versions, each with Siemens or Mitsubishi automation technology. In addition to plant engineering, the company offers spare parts and consumables for common spray systems, maintenance and calibration, software and electrical engineering solutions, as well as training. For single parts and small quantities, a contract coating service (APS/HVOF) with laboratory-based quality control is offered; the system and laboratory can also be rented. The laboratory offers hardness testing, surface roughness measurement, microstructure and 3D surface analysis. Support is provided worldwide.
