TRANS-OIL GROUP is an integrated agro-industrial group covering the entire value chain of oilseeds and grains – from procurement and storage through processing to trading and export. The group operates in the oilseed crushing and refining industry, runs logistics and storage infrastructure, trades internationally in agricultural commodities, and produces vegetable oil in bulk and bottles as well as feed ingredients and by-products. Trans-Oil employs around 2,500 people and operates production, storage and logistics facilities mainly in the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Switzerland. The company has five oilseed crushing plants (three in Moldova, one in Romania, one in Serbia) as well as 49 storage sites with a total capacity of over 1 million tonnes. Export terminals in Reni (Ukraine), Giurgiulești (Moldova), Pančevo and Bačka Palanka (Serbia) offer transshipment and storage services with a combined throughput capacity of over 6 million tonnes per year. The sunflower oil brands FLORIS and ISKON lead their home markets and are increasingly exported to Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. In 2025, the acquisition of Frial SA was completed, expanding access to port infrastructure and storage capacity in the Port of Constanța.
