transco Drehautomaten GmbH, based in Füssen in the Allgäu region, designs, manufactures and sells Audrema® automatic lathes for the secondary machining of preformed blanks made from a wide variety of materials. The machines are available as single-spindle and two-spindle versions and allow a wide range of machining operations on blanks of different shapes and sizes. The portfolio includes cam-controlled secondary turning automatic lathes (tm 10, tm 20) with electro-pneumatic control, PLC control and cam-controlled tool feeds, as well as CNC-controlled machines (tc 10, tc 20) in various equipment levels. Loading is performed by automated systems such as feeding device, orientation unit, singulation unit and handover unit, enabling very short loading times. Development and production of each machine take place entirely in-house at the company premises in Füssen. transco delivers the complete manufacturing solution from a single source: planning, development, implementation, service and support. The machines are mainly used in large-scale and medium-series production, among other things in mechanical engineering and in automatic lathe technology.
