TrennTec Melle GmbH is an owner-managed company belonging to the Strautmann group of companies, headquartered in Melle-Wellingholzhausen (Lower Saxony), specialising in professional cutting of individual materials for mechanical and plant engineering. On a production area of over 4000 m², the company produces single parts through to series production with laser cutting (8 kW), waterjet cutting (material thicknesses up to 200 mm, sheet format 3000 x 1500 mm), plasma and oxy-fuel cutting (up to 50 and 200 mm respectively), CNC milling and shot blasting of workpieces up to 15 m in length. A large steel warehouse with structural steel S355 from 10 to 200 mm enables production without procurement lead time; a 24h service is offered for urgent orders. In addition to industrial sheet metal processing, TrennTec also produces decoration, gastronomy and seasonal products made of metal, acrylic glass and composite materials.

Cold cutting process without structural changes up to 200 mm thickness, also suitable for glass, wood and composite materials.

Oxy-fuel cutting
CNC-controlled flame cutting of structural steel up to 200 mm thickness with precise contours.
