TresCom Technology GmbH is a manufacturer and service provider in the field of transport and communication technology. Development services include circuit design and simulation (analog and digital circuits, microcontrollers, FPGA), EMC-optimized PCB layouts, low-level microcontroller programming, and mechanical design in CAD with Pro/ENGINEER (2D/3D). Production covers material provision, manufacturing and assembly of electronic devices and assemblies from prototypes and pre-series to small series of up to 1000 units; series production is also managed through cooperation with large manufacturing companies. An in-house test lab performs climate testing with burn-in tests, vibration tests (shocks up to 4G, resonance investigations) and insulation tests up to 5 kV. The range of services also includes repair, maintenance, product upkeep as well as documentation and change management. Products such as VARIO 10, COMPACT 06, FPLAR and Train-TV serve customers in the transport sector.
