About us

Trettner Elektronik GmbH is an owner-managed EMS provider (Electronics Manufacturing Services) based in Steinburg between Hamburg and Lübeck. The company manufactures electronic assemblies as contract manufacturing – from the sample board through the pre-series to series assembly with lot sizes of 1 to 4,000 pieces. Production is carried out in SMD and THT assembly (from package size 0402, fine pitch), including lead-free wave soldering in accordance with RoHS, vapor phase soldering (Asscon VP450, 450 x 450 mm) and reflow soldering. Prototypes, including component and PCB procurement, can be realized within 3 to 4 days. In addition, the company offers circuit development, PCB design (Altium Designer, EAGLE, 2–6 layers), embedded software engineering, mechanical machining in its own workshop, assembly, cable assembly and electrical testing according to customer specifications. Customers come from the Hamburg area, northern Germany and the mechanical engineering, security technology and industrial electronics sectors.
