The family business
Tribo-Chemie GmbH is a medium-sized family business founded in 1992 and headquartered in Hammelburg (Bavaria), specializing in release agents and lubricants for die casting, forging and iron and non-ferrous metal casting. The product range includes wax-free, water-miscible release agent emulsions, pigmented coatings, oily mould release agents, piston lubricants, beads granulate, insulating coatings and forming lubricants for the forging of steel and aluminium. A special feature is the in-house graphite fine grinding on site, used for the Isolat® and Graphitex® brands. The R&D department develops customized product modifications and new developments; application engineers test the products directly at the customer and run them in long-term trials under series production conditions. In addition, the company offers dosing equipment such as the Beads Dispenser 3D. The release agents are wax-free and water-miscible, enable clean working and allow post-processing steps such as welding, painting, powder coating and bonding without any problems.
