About TEMa
Tribologie Engineering Mannheim GmbH (TEMa) is a specialist in the construction of tribological test rigs and the development of innovative testing methods for investigating friction and wear. At its Mannheim site, the company operates a broad range of tribometers, including test rigs for particle emissions, oscillation and fretting tests, sliding and rolling bearings, vacuum tribometry and noise emission testing. Its service portfolio covers contract research and consulting, tribological system and failure analysis, prototyping including 3D printing (FDM), adapter design for existing tribometers as well as condition monitoring solutions with LabView-based measurement data acquisition and machine data analysis. Customers come from mechanical engineering, research and development, surface and lubricant technology, and rolling and sliding bearing technology. TEMa works from system abstraction to CE-compliant test rig and is certified with the BSFZ seal for in-house research and development.
