About Trimada
Trimada AG, based in Wohlen in the canton of Aargau, develops and manufactures custom electronic components and systems – from the idea through the prototype to series production. Its core competence lies in digital and analog circuits as well as intelligent control units. The company was formed in 2010 through the merger of TRIGRESS ELEKTRO AG and REMADA AG and builds on over 40 years of experience of its predecessor companies. Its in-house production includes a complete SMD line as well as a conventional wave soldering bath for pure and mixed technology, complemented by assembly, 100% functional testing and just-in-time manufacturing. For medium and large volumes, Trimada cooperates with the Algra Group as a partner. Customers come from automation, mechanical engineering, medical technology, food processing and semiconductor manufacturing; in addition, the company distributes automation and safety components.

Polycarbonate
Impact-resistant housing material for emergency-stop enclosures of the FB series, flame-retardant UL94V-0 and suitable for -25 to +60 °C.
Stainless steel
Used for housing lid fastening screws of the FB enclosure series.
SMD assembly
Complete SMD production line for circuits in pure and mixed technology up to several hundred units.
Wave soldering
Conventional wave soldering bath complements the SMD line for THT components and mixed assemblies.

All assemblies undergo 100% functional testing as well as multi-stage quality controls and process monitoring within the three-story site building. In addition, special testing, adjustment and custom programming are offered.
