About Trion Supercars
Trion Supercars is a US private company from Las Vegas, founded in 2012 by automotive engineer Richard Patterson. The company is developing the Nemesis, a hypercar project with several planned variants: the Nemesis RR is designed as a mid-engine all-wheel-drive super sports car with a 9.0-liter twin-turbo V8 (9045 cc, four camshafts) and up to 2000 hp, driven through an eight-speed sequential gearbox; the Nemesis GT was intended to reach around 1400 hp, a top speed of 218 mph and 0–60 mph in 3.5 seconds. In 2015, the Nemesis was first shown to the public as a full-scale concept model, followed in 2016 by appearances at the Silicon Valley Auto Show, the SEMA Show and the LA Auto Show. Pre-order prices in 2016 ranged from 1.2 to 1.6 million USD. As of November 2024, series production had not yet been achieved; according to the company, the project is evolving toward a hypercar with purely electric drive.
