TRUMPF is an internationally active family-owned company headquartered in Ditzingen that develops, manufactures and sells machine tools and laser technology for sheet-metal and material processing. With TRUMPF Hüttinger, the group also manufactures process power supplies (DC, MF and RF generators) and electronic modules, among other things for plasma applications, induction heating and CO2 laser excitation, as well as inverters for battery storage. Laser technology is used, among other applications, in semiconductor and EUV lithography, medical technology (cutting, welding, marking, structuring of smallest components) and additive manufacturing. In the fiscal year 2025/26, TRUMPF achieved revenue of 4,508.7 Mio. € with 17,583 employees; through more than 70 subsidiaries, the group is represented in Europe, North and South America and Asia.
