TS Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH manufactures in Weida (Thuringia) custom minibuses and midibuses as well as special-purpose vehicles in manufactory quality. The product portfolio includes scheduled-service and coaches, community buses for municipalities and associations, disabled-transport vehicles for social institutions and care services (up to 35 passengers), as well as individual special conversions such as VIP shuttles. The company produces 40–50 vehicles annually based on chassis from renowned brands and is a certified body manufacturer for VW, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat and Iveco. With more than 5,000 m² of production space, TS covers the entire process in-house: design and planning, body and frame construction with metal and sheet-metal processing, painting in three own booths (4 m, 8 m, 12 m), furniture making, upholstery, metalworking, wiring harness production and electrics. More than 30 employees accompany each vehicle from the first idea through acceptance, test drive and instruction to on-site service and spare parts management. The company is a certified body manufacturer and works continuously with testing institutes.

As a certified body manufacturer for VW, Mercedes-Benz, Fiat and Iveco, TS manufactures to verified and regularly audited standards in cooperation with testing institutes. Every vehicle undergoes a thorough acceptance inspection including a test drive before leaving the factory.

Decades of experience in bus manufacturing
- 1990–1992
After the fall of the Berlin Wall, cooperation with the West German manufacturer Ernst Auwärter; 1992 world premiere of the Microstar minibus produced in Gera at the IAA in Hanover.
Development of own models (Maxi Shuttle, City Shuttle) based on Iveco and Renault chassis; workforce grows to up to 150 employees.

Refounding as TS Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH at the Weida site; continuation of the traditional bus production in East Thuringia.
