TS Telco Sensors Austria GmbH is the exclusive distribution partner of the Danish sensor manufacturer TelcoSensors (founded 1975) for Austria and the surrounding countries. Founded in Vienna in 1986 by Gerald Ernst Kölbl, the company supplies light barriers, light grids, light scanners and sensor technology for applications with extreme requirements, including industrial automation, sawmills and woodworking machinery, as well as gates, gate controls and car washes. The portfolio includes, among others, the SG 17 gate light grid, the weatherproof outdoor light grid SpaceGuard SG 18 (IP67), the high-speed light grids SpaceScan SST/R with IO-Link and analog outputs, as well as ATEX and UL325 certifications on request. In addition to distribution, the company offers technical support by telephone, e-mail and on site, product presentations and prompt availability of standard products. The operating base has been located in Korneuburg since 2011; since 2015 the company has additionally been responsible for the Swiss sales territory.
