TS Umweltanlagenbau GmbH is a plastics processing company based in Brieselang (Brandenburg) that plans, manufactures, installs and services turnkey environmental systems. The portfolio includes biofilters (container, round and surface filters per VDI 3477), biological biogas desulfurization systems as biotrickling filters per VDI 3478, activated carbon filters, biogas drying systems, chemical scrubbers and O2 generation systems. In addition, the company manufactures vessels, apparatuses, heat exchangers and pipelines mainly from polypropylene, polyethylene and PVC – also as custom designs to customer specifications. The value chain from design through engineering and manufacturing to installation, commissioning and maintenance is provided from a single source, optionally including 3D modeling and complete as-built documentation. Manufacturing, installation and administration are all located at the Brieselang-Zeestow site west of Berlin. Since 2008, more than 600 systems have been realized in over 70 countries, including for wastewater treatment plants, biogas plants, landfills and the food, chemical and paper industries.

Quality
The biofilter systems meet the quality requirements of VDI Guideline 3477, and the biological desulfurization systems those of VDI Guideline 3478. Every system is handed over with complete documentation including as-built status and P&ID flow diagram.
