About TUMAT GmbH
TUMAT GmbH, based in Wiehl-Marienhagen, manufactures industrial exhaust silencers in round and box designs as well as soot filters and catalytic converters made from sheet steel or stainless steel sheet at its plant. The product range also includes accessories for exhaust systems such as exhaust compensators, deflector caps, exhaust rain flaps, mounting clamps and support feet, as well as high-temperature thermal mats made to measure from glass fibre fabric and mineral wool for the insulation of exhaust lines, silencers, heat exchangers and turbines. The portfolio is rounded off by the energy-saving system Thermatras® for pipes and heating fittings, filter technology for diesel and gas engines (Fleetguard® authorized distributor) and diesel additives. Since 1993 we have been supplying original equipment manufacturers in the fields of power generation systems, combined heat and power plants, construction machinery, locomotives, ships, engine manufacturing as well as agricultural and special machinery, and advising them on the design of exhaust systems with regard to emission and noise limit values. Customers include, among others, Cummins, DAF, Scania, MAN, John Deere, Komatsu, Kubota and Renault. In addition to its standard program, the company develops individual custom solutions including design and assembly support.
