About TURAL GmbH Aluminiumgiesserei
TURAL GmbH is an aluminium foundry in Wiesbaden that has been producing castings using sand casting and gravity die casting processes since 1949. The portfolio comprises industrial castings in small and medium series, replica castings of historical parts, relief panels and nameplates, as well as castings for vintage cars. Depending on quantity and technical requirements, production is carried out using the hand moulding process with natural or chemically bonded quartz sand, or in gravity die casting. The entire process chain – from the aluminium melt through fettling and deburring, blasting, tumble finishing, heat treatment and machining on conventional and CNC machines to powder coating, wet painting, technical anodising and assembly – is handled in-house. Eight aluminium alloys to DIN EN 1706 are used; further aluminium and zinc alloys are available on request. Customers come from industry, trade, heritage conservation and the private sector, including long-standing business relationships with Elster and Krautzberger. The company has been based at Hüttenstraße 4 in Wiesbaden-Schierstein since 1961.
