About turimbi
Turimbi was founded in 2020 by Dr. Christian Prokisch and develops a web-based cloud solution for evaluating and documenting test strip results. The turimbi strip reader is a web app that runs in the browser of a smartphone, tablet or PC and requires no installation: a photo of the test strip is uploaded and delivers a reliable, objective reading result – without expensive hardware and with a simple, self-made background. In addition, the cloud platform turimbi scientific data exchange (sde) respectively data manager offers a method database, shared data evaluation in groups and export as a CSV file for standard office software. Via an API, the reader can be integrated into existing data management systems or customer websites; private-label solutions and customized methods for any test strips and gradations are also offered. The solutions are aimed at professional users in laboratories, quality control and water analysis as well as analytical laypersons. The company is headquartered in Düren.
