About us
Turmuhren Rauscher is a fourth-generation family business that has been manufacturing tower clocks by hand for around 100 years. Its portfolio of services includes mechanical tower clock movements, modern control clocks with touchscreen control, dials and hands up to 8 m in diameter as well as tower finials, sundials and house clocks for office buildings and the hotel industry. In addition, the company outfits bronze bells — from bell frame planning through striking mechanisms, striking motors and fittings to installation — and restores old mechanical tower clock movements. Clocks for public spaces such as street clocks, stadium clocks, secondary clocks and art projects are also part of the programme. The products are in use throughout Germany and around the world. Customers come from churches and public buildings, the sports venue sector and the hotel industry. The website is available in German and English.
