About TWL Technologie
TWL Technologie GmbH is a German manufacturer of PVT hybrid collectors, photovoltaic modules and thermal heat storage tanks based in Eckernförde (Schleswig-Holstein) with a production site in Freihung. Under the PRISMA® brand, the company develops and manufactures hybrid collectors that generate electricity and heat simultaneously: a double-glazed PV module with monocrystalline Topcon cells is combined with a rear copper roll-bond absorber through which a water-glycol solution flows. The product range includes the PRISMA® PVT RBX (450 W electrical, 1100 W thermal), the insulated PRISMA® PVT 4.0 and the pure PV module PRISMA® 1Sun®. As a storage manufacturer, TWL also offers buffer tanks, domestic hot water and hygiene combi tanks, efficiency combi tanks, heat pump stratified tanks and stainless steel tanks. Distribution is exclusively via specialist retail and trade; in addition, the company offers consulting, system design for PVT heat pump systems and a network of installation partners. Reference projects include Germany's largest PVT carport installation on the IKEA car park in Berlin-Waltersdorf, the Gymnasium Herrsching grammar school as well as residential and commercial buildings.

Commissioning of Germany's largest PVT carport installation on the IKEA car park in Berlin-Waltersdorf (640 PRISMA® PVT 4.0 modules plus 324 PV modules, 432 kWp) for the regeneration of a ground probe field with 200 boreholes.
