About TYK Filters
TYK Filter Industries, also known as TYK Filters Co., Ltd. or Thai Yang Kitpaisan Co., Ltd., was founded in 1955 and initially produced technical rubber parts for the automotive aftermarket. Today, the corporate group encompasses the development and manufacture of a broad filter program for automotive, industrial and healthcare applications: oil, fuel, air, hydraulic and cabin air filters, industrial and gas turbine air filters (panel, rigid pocket, V-bank, cartridge and box filters from G2 to F9 as well as HEPA/ULPA), fan filter units for clean air applications, respiratory masks, and inkjet and EDM filters. In addition, the group manufactures pressed parts and injection-molded rubber parts at its rubber plant, including oil seals, vibration dampers and machine parts. The filter media are designed in-house; special filters are available on request; production is controlled via an MES. Main plants are located in Samutprakarn (55,000 m², 20 million filters/year) and Rayong (88,000 m², 10 million filters/year, with cleanroom); further sites are Atlanta (USA) and Stade (Germany). Brands include, among others, TYK Filters, Flomax, BC, Miyamoto, Pecco, Cabin Star and Tora.
