TZB-Maschinenbau GmbH is a medium-sized contract manufacturer based in Sprockhövel that has been active as a supplier across Germany for over 30 years. The company produces precision turned and milled parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, bronze (red brass) and plastics as single parts as well as small and medium series on over 1,000 sqm of workshop floor. The chip-removing machining is carried out on CNC lathes predominantly with driven tools, on 3-axis machining centres with a 4th axis, and on conventional machine tools. In addition, gear cutting up to module 2.5, heat treatment up to 650°, vibratory finishing, surface treatments such as hardening, nitriding, tempering, galvanizing, browning, phosphating and anodizing as well as contract measurement on CNC measuring machines are offered. Customer industries include automotive, shipbuilding, mechanical and plant engineering, the food industry, hydraulics, and tool and fixture making. The range of services is rounded out by joint development, prototype construction and in-house assembly.
