Udo Kleusberg GmbH & Co. KG in Niederfischbach has been manufacturing pressure vessels made of steel and stainless steel for more than half a century. The portfolio includes compressed air vessels, vacuum, collection, compensation, hydraulic pressure and natural gas vessels, water heaters (boilers) and buffer tanks as well as brake reservoirs for road and rail vehicles according to EN 286-2 or EN 286-3 and various special vessels for machinery and equipment. The volume range extends from small vessels from 0.1 liters to over 1000 liters in numerous diameters and pressure levels. In addition to standard vessels from stock, the company also develops customer-specific special vessels including design and calculation. Surface treatment includes priming, painting, hot-dip galvanizing, pickling and passivating of stainless steel as well as special coatings; sandblasting is carried out by a partner company located right next door. With approvals under the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU, SELO (China) and ASME (USA and 113 other countries), Kleusberg supplies customers worldwide. Extensive warehousing and a high degree of automation in manufacturing enable short delivery times and high schedule reliability.
